KC Willis Owner & Founder
KC Willis has been active in Central Texas commercial real estate since 1998 and has played a role in some of the region’s most notable developments. Throughout his career, he has dedicated himself to helping developers and landowners navigate their commercial property needs with insight and integrity. KC continues to guide clients through complex new and redevelopment opportunities that transform the rapidly evolving Central Texas landscape. He brings a blend of big-picture thinking, practical problem-solving, and a steady, experienced hand to every project.
Background
KC previously served as a partner at Duncan Commercial where he was involved with several mixed-use commercial parks, such as Four Points Centre, Bluestein Park, Heatherwilde Park and Quest Center. He began his career in real estate at Trammell Crow Company.
Community Involvement
KC has served on numerous boards and working taskforces including The Real Estate Council of Austin (RECA), the Greater Austin Chamber of Commerce, Austin Commercial Real Estate Society (ACRES) and the Texas A&M University College of Liberal Arts Alumni Advisory Board to name a few. He currently sits on RECA’s executive committee, ACRES Board of Directors and the Board of Governors for Austin Community Foundation.
Education
KC graduated from Texas A&M University with a degree in communications in 1993. He graduated with an MBA from Texas State University in 1997.
